Trophy Bull Elk Hunt for 1 Hunter in New Mexico’s World-Famous Gila National Forest with Borderland Adventures LLC

 

This amazing Trophy Bull Elk Hunt will take place in New Mexico’s world-famous Gila National Forest.  The size of bulls that will be targeted will be in the 300” to 350” plus range, with no additional trophy fees if a larger bull is harvested.

 

Archery or Rifle hunters are welcome with 5 full days of hunting included.  This hunt can be taken in September or October of 2025 (if space is available) or choose your dates in 2026 with the outfitter.

The Hunt dates in both September & October will have to be during the NMDGF unit’s designated hunt dates for archery or rifle during the year you go hunting.  One additional hunter can potentially be added to this amazing hunt, check with the outfitter for availability and dates.  Non-hunters are welcome at $275 per day if space is available.

This hunt will be contracted and operated by Borderland Adventures LLC, which merged with Diamond Outfitters in 2019. Diamond Outfitters is the largest elk hunting guide service in North America with thousands of successful elk clients guided since 2006.

Your guide is included with the hunt and has extensive knowledge of the elk and the unit you will be hunting.  Lodging is included.  Your accommodation will be in a wall tent cowboy comfortable base camp and/or Kodiak Canvas Outfitter tents.  All meals, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be included in your hunt.  All field transportation during your 5-day hunt will be provided.  The landowner tag fee, trophy fees and taxes are also included in this hunt.

If you are driving to the hunt area, directions will be provided to you 10 days prior to the hunt.  Your guide would have already been scouting for your trophy bull throughout the summer and fall making your hunt in the world-famous Gila National Forest in New Mexico a hunt you will never forget!

• New Mexico Elk License fee (resident $83, non-resident $773)

• Taxidermy work or meat processing

• Shipping to a Taxidermist or Meat processor

• Gratuities to your Guide

• Gratuities to your Camp Cook
